The research work of the department consists of one of the elements of practical training of bachelors, masters, doctoral students. The scientific direction of the work of the scientific circle – “Public health and health”.

Today, every student, in the strength of his scientific interest, voluntarily and independently chooses an interesting topic of scientific research and is guided by the topic proposed by the scientific director.

The principles of the circle at the department — individual work of teachers with each of the members of the circle. A student of a science club has the opportunity to receive significant assistance from the teacher of the head of the research institute, including mastering the methods of conducting scientific research, being acquainted with new concepts, reporting the results of scientific work at meetings and conferences, and publishing work in leading medical and biological journals.

For the past years of work of the student’s circle, the department has entered into the history of memorable events, bright achievements in scientific-research and practical work of circles, their victories in the competitions of the Republican, international and international conferences.
