During the training, students analyzed situations of intercultural interaction, completed group tasks and role-playing games aimed at finding solutions to conflict situations.
Feedback was provided in the form of discussion and questions and answers.
As a result of the training, students received basic knowledge of cultural differences and their impact on interaction, skills of effective intercultural communication were developed, students learned to recognize and avoid typical mistakes in communication with representatives of other cultures.
