“Annual Meeting Between Fourth-Year Students and the Dean of the International Faculty”

On 2 December 2025, the annual scheduled meeting between fourth-year students and the Dean of the International Faculty took place in Auditorium No. 4 of Building No. 7.

During the meeting, the Dean delivered a comprehensive address, highlighting key aspects of the university’s academic policy. Particular attention was drawn to the principles of academic integrity, students’ responsibilities, and the standards of conduct required to maintain a high-quality educational environment.

Students were also provided with detailed information on the GPA calculation system, the importance of academic performance in forming the academic ranking, and the requirements for completing prerequisite courses. The Dean emphasized the significance of planning one’s academic trajectory and adhering to curriculum requirements.

In addition, the meeting addressed issues related to social and educational support at the faculty. Representatives of the student leadership and the student dean presented materials aimed at preventing misunderstandings within the academic community, strengthening communication between students and administration, and promoting initiatives that foster a supportive and constructive learning environment.

The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which students had the opportunity to seek clarifications on academic and organizational matters. Following the discussion, students signed the compliance acknowledgment form confirming their understanding of the principles of academic integrity, as well as the acknowledgment form related to GPA regulations.

This annual meeting once again underscored the importance of open dialogue between the administration and students and reaffirmed the faculty’s commitment to maintaining high standards of educational quality.
