Head of the Pulmonology Department since the 2018-2019 academic year.
Education: Graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute in 1990.
From 1996 to 2001, she completed a clinical residency and postgraduate program in pulmonology at the Department of Phthisiopulmonology at the Alma-Ata State Medical Institute.
In 2002, she defended her dissertation “Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Blood Flow Disorders in Patients with Obstructive and Suppurative Lung Diseases” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.
She worked in the Department of Phthisiopulmonology as an assistant until 2015.
From 2015 to 2018, she worked as a senior researcher at the Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Medicine.
Research experience: Actively studies the prevalence, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and severe bronchial asthma, and focuses on pulmonary hypertension, fibrosing alveolitis, and cystic fibrosis in adults. She has presented numerous papers on bronchopulmonary pathology and chronic respiratory diseases at international conferences, forums, and roundtables. 2014 – Lung transplant at the University Hospital of Groningen, the Netherlands.

In 2018-2019, she presented a paper entitled “Optimizing Care for Patients with Interstitial Lung Disease in Almaty” at the International Forum “Innovations in Healthcare,” a paper entitled “Prospects for the Development of Pulmonology Services in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” and a paper entitled “The State of Pulmonology Services in Almaty, Problems, and Solutions” at the 5th Republican Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation “Innovative Technologies in Respiratory Medicine.” She also presented a paper entitled “The State of Pulmonology Services in Almaty, Problems, and Solutions” at the city conference dedicated to phthisiopulmonology services.
Scientific publications: She holds 5 patents for the inventions “Method for the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Bronchitis,” “Method for the Differential Diagnosis of Bronchial Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Bronchitis,” and others. Over 100 publications in scientific journals in the republic and neighboring countries, including a co-authored textbook on pulmonology, “Lectures on Pulmonology,” and methodological recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia and pleurisy.

Education: Graduated from ASMI in 1974. From 1978 to 1983, she completed a clinical residency in therapy and a postgraduate program in pulmonology in the Department of Tuberculosis with a course in pulmonology at ASMI.
In 1988, she defended her dissertation on the topic: “Clinical and functional characteristics of the effectiveness of patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma” at the All-Union Research Institute of Pulmonology, Leningrad, and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.
She worked in the Department of Phthisiopulmonology as an assistant from 1983 to 1994. From 1994 to 2012, she was an associate professor in the same department at S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University. From 2012 to 2018. Associate Professor, Department of OVR, S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University.
Since 2020. Currently, Associate Professor, Department of Pulmonology.
Research. Actively studies the diagnosis and treatment of COPD and bronchial asthma. Has 50 scientific publications in scientific journals in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries. Holds a patent for the invention “Method for Functional-Restorative Treatment of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,” 2015, and seven methodological recommendations and textbooks on pulmonology.
