At KazNMU, the Dean’s Office is like a family for every student. It plays an important role in almost every aspect of student life, including academic matters, scheduling, student well-being, extracurricular activities, and much more.

The key responsibilities of the Dean’s Office include:

• Coordinating class and examination schedules
• Serving as a liaison between students, academic departments, the Accounting Department, and the Dean of the International School
• Providing support and assistance with any issues, questions, or difficulties students may encounter
• Ensuring timely student registration and helping students understand University rules and regulations
• Assisting in arranging venues, obtaining permissions, and securing funding for student extracurricular activities
