On May 19, 2026, a training session for first-year international students was held in the library of Dormitory No. 7 on the topic: “Internal supports: how to maintain stability during exam periods”.
The purpose of the training was to help students maintain emotional stability during exam periods, learn how to use their internal resources, cope with stress, and preserve psychological balance throughout the learning process.
During the meeting, participants actively engaged in discussions, shared their life priorities, and completed practical exercises. The students showed great interest in the topic, noting that such training was important and useful before the examination session.
